Improving Accuracy
Dash AI is trained to automatically detect the correct "source of truth" documents to consider when answering questions based on automated signals such as semantic relevance and recency. However, sometimes, it may get confused due to conflicting or outdated information that it finds in the connected apps. We are constantly improving Dash AI to make it work smarter out-of-the-box, but you can also teach it to identify the correct "sources of truth" documents in your company's apps.
Any feedback you share with Dashworks is only used to improve responses to questions asked in your workspace. In no case is your content or feedback shared with any other Dashworks customer.
